Jim Moran is executive chairman at Perfecto. In this full-time role, he works with the board and executive team to help extend Perfecto’s market leadership and navigate its strategic growth options. Previously, Jim was managing director at North Bridge Venture & Growth Equity Partners investing in and advising early-stage and growth-oriented companies including mobile wallet provider Paydiant (acquired by PayPal), and endpoint security solution Confer Technologies (acquired by Carbon Black).
Eran Yaniv came to Perfecto Mobile from Comverse America, where he was Vice President of Product Marketing. He also served as the General Manager of the Comverse Mobile Data Division and led a major turnaround in the performance of the division by bringing in accounts such as Verizon Wireless and T-Mobile.
Prior to Comverse, Eran was the General Manager of the Valisys Quality Management business unit at Tecnomatix, where he also served as the Director of Research and Development at Tecnomatix Ltd. in Israel.
Yoram Mizrachi brings to Perfecto Mobile a wealth of experience in networking, security, and mobile telecommunications. Yoram founded Perfecto Mobile after serving as the CTO of Comverse Mobile Data Division. In this capacity, Yoram handled a variety of technical aspects in mobile applications, WAP and location-based services. In 1999, Yoram was the CTO (and founder) of Exalink, which was later acquired by Comverse for $550 million.
Prior to founding Exalink, Yoram held several technology-related positions in the fields of communication and cryptography.
Roi Carmel is responsible for Perfecto’s overall strategy which encapsulates our market position, resource investments, GTM plans and growth strategy. In addition, he runs Product Management, Product Marketing and the Perfecto Mobile Academy.
Roi brings over 14 years of experience to Perfecto Mobile, specializing in Enterprise Software that spans engineering, product delivery, product management and business management. Roi has spent much of his career in software quality, application lifecycle management (ALM) and end-to-end IT Management. Roi has spearheaded complex projects as an innovation coach – growing ideas into market leading solutions and managing mature franchise software businesses.
Prior to joining Perfecto Mobile, Roi held a number of senior positions at HP Software, and was responsible for the mobile strategy of HP Software’s ALM and automation business. At HP he also managed a large product portfolio, including the development and launch of numerous new products.
Michael Carus serves as CFO of Perfecto. Michael brings over two decades of financial and business managemet experience to the company. Michael was previously the President & COO of RedVision, a Real Estate data solutions company, from 2006 and led the sale of the company to First American at the end of 2016. He is a former General Partner, COO & CFO of Jerusalem Venture Partners, a leading venture capital firm. Previously, he was COO & CFO of Fundtech (Nasdaq: FNDT), a web banking and e-payment solutions provider. He was instrumental in the growth of the company and led its initial public and secondary offerings at values approaching $500 million. Michael has a B.S. in Accounting from Ithaca College and is a CPA.
Keith Butler serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales at Perfecto. With some 20 years of experience in the software business, he brings a wealth of knowledge, exceptional management skills and a vision for growth to Perfecto. Keith joins the world-leader in mobile app quality from Aveksa, acquired by RSA, where he served as the VP of Americas Sales and played a key role in the growth of that company. Prior to his experience at RSA Aveksa, Keith spent time at Bladelogic, where he participated in their IPO and later an acquisition by BMC Software. His previous experience includes 6 years at PTC in various roles within the sales organization. He graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario Canada.
Ofer Karp is responsible for Perfecto’s overall engineering activities, leading R&D and Operations for the company.
Ofer brings over 14 years of experience to Perfecto Mobile, specializing in building Enterprise Software using Agile and DevOps methods. He spent much of his career in building products and solution for optimizing software quality, application lifecycle management and IT Operations management. Prior to joining Perfecto Mobile, Ofer held a number of senior engineering positions at HP Software, including leading the development of HP Software’s SaaS offering for IT Service and Portfolio Management.
Ofer holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the Interdisciplinary Center in Israel.
Sigal Hourvitz brings to Perfecto Mobile over 17 years of human resources management and organizational development (OD) expertise in the high-tech sector, including HR management and recruitment. Prior to joining Perfecto Mobile, Sigal served as the Head of Global Organization Development & Training at ECI Telecom – a global provider of network infrastructure equipment with over 2500 employees operating in 30 countries. In this capacity, she was responsible for formulating corporate OD strategy, establishing and implementing cross-organizational processes and leading OD and training activities.
Sigal holds an M.A. in Consulting Psychology, and B.A. in Psychology from Tel Aviv University.
Nate Stuyvesant heads the teams that are actively engaged with Perfecto Mobile’s customers – focusing on the company’s critically important value of customer success. His teams are responsible for on-boarding, product usage, best practices, training, professional services, partner enablement, and developing long-term relationships with Perfecto Mobile’s customers.
Nate has more than 12 years of experience in business and technology leadership roles. Prior to joining Perfecto Mobile, Nate founded and served as CTO for Genilogix, an IT risk mitigation company, which he sold in 2012 to Fortune 500 firm Avnet, Inc. Nate’s experience in software development and quality dates back to his six years at Mercury Interactive.
He holds a B.A. from Kenyon College.
